Made To Order
All Seek Custom staff continuously make an effort to thoroughly inspect all items before shipping therefore we have a no return policy on made to order/ pre order Items. All made to order sales are final due to the fact that these items are made with the customers specific selections.
Made To Order Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for incorrect sizes on Made to order items. We provide a size chart to better assist customers with choosing their correct size. If you need help with choosing your correct size please contact us. When ordering, please be advised that in some cases minor alterations may be expected since we are not present to get your exact measurements. In a case as such you will have to conduct these alterations locally at your expense. Please contact us if you need any assistance on how and where to alter your item for the fit you prefer.
Made To Order Damages and Issues
If you have a problem with a made to order item due to an error on our part for example the receipt of a wrong color or design, please contact us and we will assist you.
Returns for non made to order
We have a 14 day return policy on non made to order items only, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return on non made to order items , you can contact us at info@seekcustom.com. If your non made to order item return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues for non made to order
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges on non made to order items
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the non made to order item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new non to made order item.
Refunds on Non Made to order Items
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your non made to order item return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
