Shipping for Made To Order Items

All made to order items purchased during non peak season will be shipped 1 month from the date of purchase.  To inquire about receiving made to order items sooner please email us at info@seekcustom.com BEFORE placing your order, as order cancellations will not be refundable.  If you cancel anytime during the process, you will lose your payments. After Processing time Expedited shipping is 1-3 business days utilizing USPS priority shipping. Once the item ships, you will receive a tracking number to track your item. In the rare event that the item is lost or stolen in the shipping process, Seek Custom is not held responsible. However All Shipping rates will include full insurance on your package, so it can be used to be refunded your total amount.

Shipping for Non Made to Order Items
Non Made to order items usually shipped within 2 to 3 business days utilizing USPS priority shipping. Expedited shipping for non made to order items is completed in 1-3 days therefore purchase should be received in a week unless indicated differently once purchased.

We are only offering domestic shipping within the United States.
